AGM 2022

This years AGM will be at the Red House on Tuesday 12th May at 6:30pm with food starting at 6:45pm and the AGM will start on completion of the food. If you have any dietary requirement please can you let Phil know at least a week before.

As instructed by the committee the Clubs Annual General Meeting has been arranged for Tuesday 24th May at the Red House on the Dorchester Road.

From 1800 to 1845 (6pm to 6:45pm)Sausage and Chips followed by the meeting. Should be finished by 2100 (9pm)

The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the rules laid down in the Club Constitution which is published in our Website.

Relevant items for the Agenda must be with the Club Secretary 14 days prior to the meeting
