Looking to improve your times?

Friday nights are aimed at beginners to experienced runners of all abilities, providing an introduction to speed work. Club members like Pete Jakeman and Jo Henley believe that their distance running has improved immensely due to their speed work.

Several members of the club take part regularly and agree that the sessions are key to attaining improved race times. One of the main reasons that they are so successful is because they are suitable for all ages and abilities and with somewhat of a "mixed bag" attending most sessions there is a real feeling of camaraderie and team spirit.
