Much of the course for
the Inca Trail race (and for the Guinea
Pig Gallop)is on private land over which there is no
current public right of way. The race director and the committee
of the Yeovil Town Road Running Club are grateful to the
landowners and tenants of this land for allowing us
access to stage this event. We respectfully request all
runners not to abuse their kindness and, please, not to
use any part of the course for training or recce runs
without first obtaining permission from the appropriate
landowner, tenant or occupier of the land. Please note
that this applies to droves and tracks included in the
race route as well as land that is obviously private or
in agricultural use.
Multi terrain race of approximately 7
miles along the droves, tracks and footpaths of the 'Ilchester
Andes', looking out for llamas as you go. Or try the more
sedate journey through the foothills on the 2.9 mile Yak Trak - or
the 1 mile Guinea Pig Gallop.
Memento and "Guinea Pig soup" for all finishers.
Refreshments for all, toilets and
parking available.
